Six tasks that legal teams in Kazakhstan handle, shown step by step: the situation, what you do in AdiletAI and what you get at the end.

Three teams, one platform. Each starts from its own tasks under Kazakhstan law

Six tasks, step by step. What you do in AdiletAI and what you get at the end

Assistant · Contract risk scan

Contract review and negotiation prep

The situation

A counterparty sends its draft of a supply agreement. Before the call you need to know which terms cannot be signed as they are, what to ask for instead and where you can give way.

What you do

  1. Attach the draft to an Assistant chat: PDF, Word (.docx) or a scan.

  2. Ask for a risk scan. AdiletAI switches to contract analysis and shows the mode it chose.

  3. The scan applies your team’s practice profile: positions on key terms, deal-breakers and escalation rules, set up during onboarding.

  4. Go through the risks and take the suggested redlines and fallback positions into the negotiation.

What you get

  • A risk score and the deal-breakers to fix before signing
  • Risks ranked by severity, each with a quote from the contract and a recommendation
  • Suggested redlines and fallback positions where it proposes them

Scan reports are produced in Russian by default.

Vault · Review tables

Due diligence and contract portfolio review

The situation

An acquisition, an audit or a renewal season: dozens of contracts, and the same facts are needed from each one. Parties, contract value, term, governing law, termination rights.

What you do

  1. Create a vault for the deal and upload the documents: PDF, Word (.docx), Excel, Outlook e‑mails (.msg) and scans, up to 500 MB per file. Built-in OCR, tuned for Kazakh and Russian, makes scans searchable.

  2. Create a review table. Each column is a question with an answer type: text, number, date, yes/no, currency or verbatim quote.

  3. Run it. Cells fill in live, one row per document, and answers come with the source passages they were drawn from and a confidence score.

  4. Edit or re-run any cell, then export the table.

What you get

  • A table with one row per document and one column per question
  • The source passages behind the answers, to check before you rely on them
  • Export to Excel (XLSX) colour-coded by confidence, CSV, PDF, Word (DOCX) or plain text
  • Follow-up questions in the Assistant with the vault attached, answered with quoted passages from your documents

Court practice analysis

Litigation preparation

The situation

A supplier claims a late-payment penalty from your client or your company in court. Before the hearing you need to know how courts have treated similar disputes and what to prepare.

What you do

  1. Describe the dispute in plain language. AdiletAI works out your side, plaintiff or defendant, and the dispute category.

  2. Optionally connect the matter’s vault, so your case documents inform the research.

  3. The analysis searches public Kazakhstan court and legal websites, with official sources ranked first, and runs in the background. You can close the tab.

  4. Review the decisions, risks and checklist, then edit the memorandum and export it.

What you get

  • A table of relevant decisions with the court, date, applied norms, the court’s legal position and a link to the source, where the source states them
  • Winning and losing patterns linked to the decisions they come from
  • A risk register where each risk cites its basis or is labelled a hypothesis, and a prioritised preparation checklist
  • A one-page summary for a partner and an editable memorandum. Before export to Markdown, HTML or plain text, every case number, norm and link is checked against the analysis’ own sources

Each analysis is private to the lawyer who created it. Analyses are produced in Russian.

Assistant · Translation

Documents in Kazakh, Russian and English

The situation

A contract agreed in Russian needs a Kazakh version, or a foreign shareholder asks for it in English. Clause numbers, requisites and amounts have to match the original.

What you do

  1. Attach the document to a chat: Word (.docx), PDF or a scan. Scans are read with built-in OCR, tuned for Kazakh and Russian.

  2. Ask for a translation into Kazakh, Russian or English. AdiletAI switches to translation mode.

  3. Compare the translation with the original before the document is signed or sent.

What you get

  • A translation that keeps the structure, requisites and amounts of the original
  • Translation in any direction between Kazakh, Russian and English

If a file cannot be read, AdiletAI tells you instead of guessing.

Assistant · Tax mode

Tax questions

The situation

Finance asks which VAT rate applies to a supply, or how a payment is taxed. The tax team needs the rate and the article of the Tax Code it comes from.

What you do

  1. Ask the Assistant the question in plain language.

  2. AdiletAI recognises a tax question and switches to tax mode.

  3. It takes rates and articles from the Tax Code in its legislation database and cites the article in the answer.

  4. Check the article in the Sources panel before you rely on the answer.

What you get

  • An answer with the rate and the Tax Code article it relied on
  • The cited article in the Sources panel, to compare the answer with the text of the code

Answers in tax mode are produced in Russian by default.

What can AdiletAI do for an in-house legal team?

It scans incoming contracts for risk against your team’s practice profile, turns a contract portfolio into a review table, answers legal questions with citations to Kazakhstan legislation, takes tax rates and articles from the Tax Code and translates documents between Kazakh, Russian and English. Output must be reviewed by a lawyer.

How can law firms use AdiletAI?

A firm can keep a private vault for each client, deal or matter, run due diligence through review tables, and research court practice for a dispute to hand the partner a one-page summary and an editable memorandum. Answers in the Assistant cite the act and article they relied on.

Is AdiletAI useful for compliance and tax teams?

Yes. Compliance teams can research requirements of Kazakhstan law with citations and use yes/no columns in review tables to see which contracts contain a given clause. Tax teams can ask questions in tax mode, which takes rates and articles from the Tax Code in the legislation database.

Does a lawyer still need to check the results?

Yes. AdiletAI assists legal professionals, and its output must be reviewed by a lawyer. The assistant shows its sources and is instructed to add a note for the reviewing lawyer on what it could not verify. In court practice analysis, every case number, norm and link in the memorandum is checked against the analysis’ own sources before export.

In which language does AdiletAI work?

Ask in Kazakh, Russian or English, and general answers come back in your language. Contract scans, drafts, tax-mode answers and court practice analyses are produced in Russian by default. The app interface is in Russian.
